We booked 3 tickets on the D-day for a play. Unfortunately we got informed later on that day that a person we saw few days ago was positive to covid-19. So of course we decided not to come for everyone's safety. The theater doesn't want to refund the tickets - which i can understand. But, what's a shame really is that the theater doesn't even want to give us voucher to use later on the year. We had someone on the phone who sais it would be fine to get a voucher. And now they just change their mind. To me, it is incredibly a shame in this period of time to not be flexible. It is not professional either to go back on their words. I'm afraid that this behavior and decision from the theater might discourage people (potentially) positive to covid from being honest and careful to others.

Went to an opera here. It's a really good theatre venue: sound, view, vestiaire... All ok! And: the location is awesome.
Good ambiance. The play was spendid.
Nice big venue for gigs. Check out the festival des Libertés.
Everything was super good, but by proposing a play with a headset, you need to make the sound quality OK, if the headset disturbs more than it adds, better find alternative. Despite that, I would still recommend to go!
They always have great theater plays and so varied too! I've seen everything here, from puppet Frankenstein to Plath! And in a great many languages too! Keep up the great work!
Great venue in the Center of Brussels, close to the place de Brouckere. Staff was friendly and helpful. The 2 rows of balcony seats create a great atmosphere. The drink token system works well at the bar but there should be more machines to buy them to avoid unnecessary queues.
Amazing building architecture with good view of the stage even if stuck up high. A bit of vertigo actually. Not always a nice feeling at the balcony. Chairs are practical but for long plays can become a bit uncomfortable. Bar could definitely turn to card payments.
