WHAT A JOKE. They come to your flat twice in two consecutive days, so if you are..say...a nurse saving lives in hospital they will miss you 100%. Then you have five days to go to this place in the middle of nowhere (open only weekdays of course). No way to organise another delivery. No way to have the parcel dropped at a relay point/with a neighbour. No phone number to contact them. Avoid DHL shipments at all costs!

Disaster. Passed for delivery without prior notification (they had my mobile phone e-mail) twice within less than 24h. Second time left a paper saying the item should be collected within 5 working days but not indicating from where!!!!!! DHL Parcel online Track and trace had no info on where the package was either. DHL Parcel Call center also struggled for many minutes to find it in the system and confirm it is in Ternat \u003e20Km away from the destination of the package. Excellent service.

Awful. Missed the package... Can't do anything about it online if it's more than 24h (why!??!!) ...also the delivery person scribbled the numbers so bad that I'm only guessing what they are. And instead of the package being dropped at one of the MANY service points in the city, it gets dropped here, somewhere in the fields. Who comes up with ideas like this? I have no car and refuse to lose over an hour in corona infested public transport... So yeah, bye bye package.
Waiting desparately for shipment of parcel, only to find out that, on a day when I was home, ecipient refused delivery\ is found in the tracking record. No delivery, no ringing of bell, no message left at door or in the mailbox. Parcel returned to sender. Call hotline is 0.50 per minute., 0900 number. This is a disgrace.
pathetic, pretends to have attempted delivery, no delivery notes left, I was at home both time, no effort made to provide any customer service.
Extra poor delivery service... No second presentation... But well indicated in their system !!! Worste delivery service in Belgium. No call center that is able or authorized to correct the problem. Never seen!!! Parcel left 50 km far from me in Ternat !!! :( :( :( :( :( :(
The DHL Parcel service is awful-They showed utter incompetence so the packages were returned to shipper. I have stopped using DHL Parcel in Belgium for local delivery because they spend weeks attempting deliveries to wrong addresses. Asking people to take a 1.5ht trainbis ride from Brussels to Ternat for every parcel is unacceptable . I will not recommend DHL in Belgium.
