I had a very bad experience this time. I was waiting at the door for 15 min so that the office should open in early morning. After such wait the guy was quite rude in his approach refused to help me with my internet issue and asked to launch an online complaint. I have to ask him for online complaint number which the guy could have wirtten voluntarily. The guy didn't even provide a basic help which he could have otherwise done.

Low service quality, it took me 4 visits to activate the internet.
I signed up 3 mts ago and i am at least in here trying to resolve their mistakes with billing department. Last night i saw they debited 500 from my account without sending a bill by email or.post. i looked up online and eventhough i had paid my monthly. They had recharged the same plus an installation fee that was offered for free after 3mts!?? They have a very poor billing system. Do not put them on auto debit! And for these 3months The internet has been on and off at home and finally after nothing worked they send service guy to check and he said the telnet's wiring connection from outside the building was corroded and he spend 2hrs changing and said this should have been.done when I received the.installation in september. Hence they have many issues and flaws in handling service and customer care. Be aware!
Most of the time a good and friendly service, but sometimea very long waits.
