Waiting for a refund on a rescheduled concert i can't attend. Applied for this refund on the 3rd if November 2020. Got a automated reply confirming the application. Almost 4 months and a couple of ignored follow up emails later and still no refund. I know these are bad times for companies like this. But to completely ignore their customers, NOT GOOD ENOUGH! I will never do business with Tele Ticket service again.

Dishonest company. Wrote several times re a refund for my ticket to the Jeff Dunham show planned in 2020 and canceled due to COVID. Filled out your form and then heard nothing back.

No refund for an event cancelled 6 months ago in spite of numerous attempts of getting the money back. They owe me 100. I’m surprised they still operate legally having stolen so much money from people.

I would give 0 starts if I could. I have been trying to reach the customer support for 3 months now regarding a refund and they do not reply to emails, and the phone automatically hangs up. Unacceptable!

Have been writing to them for one month as a concert was cancelled at the venue and replanned at the another concert hall. No answers from them in a month despite numerous mails and attemps to call them. Unacceptable...

I accidenty found your mail that if I don't claim my money within 1 month you won't pay me back???? Are you out of your mind???? Is it even legal?? Someone should start a lawsuit against you! I've been trying to call and the call just drops! I was on vacation and didn't see that mail on time, I want to talk to your lawyer! Do you think anybody has hundreds of euros to just give you like that???? If I owed you money would you just send one random email and them forgive me my debt? I don't think so!! Want my 128 euros back!!! Other organizers just gave out vouchers and gave replacement tickets for future showed OR refunded directly without aanvrag, what aanvrag, you did not provide the service I paid for, I should not be asking you for anything, you should just pay, period!!!

Why do I have to give ONE star ....... they don't deserve any ! I'm one of the thousands of people planning to attend a concert while in Europe in May, that was cancelled due to Covid. Their website clearly states, as does the Belgium Governments Decree, that if someone can't attend a re-scheduled date, they will receive a refund. 3 months on and they don't respond to communication and haven't issued the refund. THEY HAVE STOLEN MY MONEY. I think they hope I will forget and they can keep it. I will not and I will use every avenue available to me to obtain my refund and expose them for the deceitful criminals that they are.

I've had two problems in the past with the purchase of tickets, and I must admit my feedback is very positive. The first time, I had purchased insurance without realizing, I contacted them by email and they refunded me so I could reorder the tickets without insurance. The second time, I couldn't find my tickets, and I called them. Turned out I had ordered the tickets on a separate account I had completely forgotten about. I'm happy with their service.
