Belgian waffles looked so good as we walked by that we had to come it and try it. It was delicious and beautifully done. Place was really nice and cozy. Staff was friendly and fast to serve us. Would definitely recommend for a quick stop-and-go as they have other things apart from waffles.

A small and modest restaurant with smiling and friendly staff. Had a leek soup (soup if the day) and a salad with brie cheese. Both were great. The waiter didn’t know what the soup of the day was, which was a bit surprising. Customers pay their bill inside at the bar. The restaurant is located at a small square a bit outside the noise of the old city. There are still cars and buses passing by, though. There are a few tables outside and some more inside, but inside can be too hot.
Delicious, friendly and fast. We got the smoked salmon scrambled eggs, and waffles. The sweet waffles you get from the dedicated shops are tastier my son says, but those were good. All in all an enjoyable brunch. We sat outside under the umbrellas and it was nice to watch people even though it was raining hard. 6 min walk from Market Square. You take a seat and order inside.
The picture says it all. This place was recommended in a blog I came across while looking for things to do in Brugge. Hands down the best waffles ever that I have tasted. It is really a small place with seating outside and a view of the whale made of plastic waste from the sea (it is really worrisome but a beautiful piece of art!). Coming back to the waffles, they are made fresh and are so crunchy. I loved he fact that they gave the cream and chocolate sauce on the side (keeps them waffles hot and crispy and gives you the option to use as much as you like ).
The BEST waffle in Belgian!! Nothing like those 2 on the street. Tried the waffle with cream and hot chocolate. Good Belgian chocolate, not too sweet not too thick. If a little bit richer would be perfect. The secret is they toast the waffle to make it crispy and crunchy. A really nice for brunch.
We had waffles with fresh fruit and also pesto pasta. Both were excellent!

The breakfast was very nice and enjoyable. However, the same cannot be said for the service. The moment we walked in we felt unwanted and not welcome, as we were instantly treated with a cold and almost impolite manner. Both the staff barely recognised our existence and gave off the impression they really didn't care, which we both felt is a rather poor manner to have when running a cafe. I'd like to say we'd come again, but only if the staff learn the value of good service.
