EXCELLENT!!! super satisfied with my experience in Dentius Nieuw-Zuid (and I have to say that I have point of comparisson. Before going to Dentius Niew-Zuid, i went to other 2 dentists more and have really bad experiences. I was really afraid to go to the dentist again). Then I called here, and I got checked, diagnosed and solved since the first appointment. The receptionist: was friendly and professional since the moment I called. I explained my situation (i needed to remove a tooth asap) and because of my situation, they made space for me to be attended asap the next day. The place: is really modern and clean, and they have a tv in the roof in the place where they are attending you. That's cool cause you forget a bit about the procedure and get distracted with the tv hehe. I must say, they do think in the client. -It was a bit warm though, but doable (i also went in a really hot season of the year hehe) The dentist: I strongly recommend the Dr. Michaël Van Gool. Before he extracted my tooth, took an xray to evaluate it. After that, he explained me in detailed step by step how the procedure will be and what is normal and not normal to feel. He was gentle in all the procedure and checking that i don't feel pain. The person that was assisting him also really professional. I left the place and the same day there was almost no pain even when the anestesia passed. I think i just found my dentist! -The payment: Due to COVID-19, they don't accept cash (which is understandable) They just accept bancontact. Was tricky cause i wanted to pay with mastercard or visa. But luckily i did have a bancontact card. Just be prepared with a bancontact card when you go there.

Wat een slechte service!!! Ongekend en ongezien Ik raad deze tandartspraktijk enorm af!!!! EERST DE WINST EN DAN PAS DE PATIENT lijkt hier wel hun motto te zijn!! Boertige, onbeschofte medewerker aan het onthaal/telefoon. Ik ga in ieder geval op zoek naar een nieuwe tandarts en raad iedereen aan hetzelfde te doen. Groet, Kelly
Uiterst tevreden over mijn behandeling vorige maand en vandaag! Niet snel snel maar uitstekend vakwerk, nodige uitleg en erna tijd voor mijn vragen te beantwoorden! Zeker een aanrader.
Heb alle afspraken geannuleerd, voor mij en mijn partner. Zeer teleurgesteld in de afhandeling van een bestelling. Vragen veel geld voor dienstverlening . Als men patiënten wil behouden moet men anders handelen.
Gisteren voor de eerste keer geholpen door Tandarts Elisa Flies en zeer tevreden over deze tandarst, bedankt en tot ziens. MVG Ali Lisette.
Slechtste tandarts ooit, amateuristische administrieve bediende! Bij aankomst voor je afspraak wordt je meteen terug naar huis gestuurd. Zeker geen aanrader!
Tot nu toe maar 1 keer geweest,nog 3 afspraken te doen.Dr Lauren Robeers werkt super,nauwkeurig en neemt de mening en de vraag van de patient in haar rekening ook wel. Tweede pluspunt,ze werken met deftige apparatuur wat je niet overal zult hebben.Hier doen ze de jaarlijkse mondreiniging wat op mijn vorige tandartspraktijk nooit sprake van was (misschien al je er specifiek voor vroeg).Praktijken vermijden waar ze snel werken zodat ze er van u af zijn of gewoon even snel in je mond kijken,zeggen dat er niks aan de hand is terwijl er hoogstwaarschijnlijk nog interne gatjes aanwezig zijn. Een echte aanrader zou ik zeggen.
