I wanted to buy an iPhone 12 with the switch up plan (monthly payment) . I was denied that they cannot give the plan because I don't speak Dutch. I told that the website doesn't mention that it's only offered to people who speak dutch. This is completely bad customer service and denying based on language is a discrimination. I will never ever buy anything from Switch and nor recommended anyone...As suggested in the reply I tried calling the number as well and their on IVR it's suggesting something about chat or email. I don't get it completely since it's in Dutch

Excellent service when I bought a new mobile last Saturday. Girl was very helpful and spent a lot of time with me explaining new functionality and ensuring the new phone was set up properly. Highly recommended.

Ik kreeg een melding dat een product dat ik besteld had niet meer verkocht werd waarvoor ik een terugbetaling zou krijgen. 3 maanden later heb ik het geld nog steeds niet gezien. Meerdere keren gemaild en langs geweest in de winkel. Eens in de winkel had ik ook een onaangenaam contact met één van de verkopers. Hij vertelde mij dat het een fout was in hun systeem. Maar liet het eerder overkomen alsof het mijn schuld was.
