18:00 besteld, 20:30 nog niets in huis. Om 20:00 gebeld en zeiden ze geen bestelling van ons te hebben, zelfs niet met bestelnummer. Daarna nog eens teruggebeld want het was al betaald en vond een andere werknemer meteen onze bestelling. Hadden nog net niet ergens anders eten gaan halen. Communicatie dikke 0.
