after having light problem with my 6series, no one could know exactly the problem is coming from where, i got even an invoice of 10.000 from other bmw service to repare to problem and they was not even sure once i bring my car to BMW tanghe they did everything possible to investigate the lighting problem and gave me a correct and detailed princing and guess what, they ordered every replacement tool i need my car was repared as new they found that i need to change just one light and 1 module not like another bmw service who told me to change all the 3 modules and both lighting with an 10k invoice my car was reparee and i paid less than 4000 thank you bmw tnaghe you got all my trust, and my car will always come only and only here Dr Youssef

PROS: - friendly & professional service/welcoming, with a meeting room and coffee - easy access CONS!!!: - went for a simple check “diagnosis” and was told it would take 1 hour. Well it took over 2 (despite having an appointment and being just a test drive basically). Invoice says 50 minutes (meaning I waited over an hour for nothing despite appointment made in advance). - as you first describe the problem to the receptionist upon arrival, they’re supposed to pass along to their colleague your detailed description. Wasn’t the case, and the person “checked” only one thing during the test drive, also didn’t reach the speed (100km/h) required to feel the mentioned issue, being an abnormal vibration. - bottom line: an afternoon wasted, no single solution found (other than I have to come again and take all wheels off), and 80 EUR wasted. It doesn’t feel right.
