Benn a customer several time but last time I was asked 6 for a sandwich that clearly came our of the freezer (bread was chewy) so I understood why they insisted on waming is up for me even if I didn't want them to. Never again

[Initial Feedback] They literally don't Don't want to serve. [Owner Response] Response from the owner Yes we serve people! You asked 2 times if we had menus. Our crew told you 2 times that we don't have menus but all items available where shown in front of you. Everyday's lunch, more than 100 are friendly served at Soupissime. [My 2nd Response] 1. We asked twice indeed, because the worker didn't answer the first time. 2. They mentioned indeed that it was all the items in front of us - but then the soup pots were covered - so we asked for that if it is available, as we couldn't really tell if there is anything ready or not, and technically speaking, soup pots were there in front of us. 3. Congrats on the 100 friendly daily reviews and customers - but with the current attitude don't expect to keep them for long. TIP: I know a thing or two about Customer service - if you have a customer, you should stay with them to answer their questions instead of angrily answering the questions and going to the back to continue what you were doing - I know you guys were busy doing other things - but I believe what you were doing in the back of the kitchen could've waited a minute or two until we finished ;)
Very good soups and variety of sandwiches. The prices are good and the service is okay

Accueil exceptionnel, soupe délicieuse. Cela me donne envie de revenir chez Décathlon et de passer chez soupissime pour y manger un petit quelque chose. C'est vraiment super que ça existe Merci beaucoup Méir
Mauvaise expérience. J'ai demandé un menu et ils ont servi une petite soupe et un sandwich, mais la personne à la caisse a facturé le pris de une grande soupe. Quand j'ai demandé de changer il n'a pas voulu car c'était déjà payé et il a dit que c'était de ma faute car je lui ai pas dit. Apparemment ce n'est pas à lui de voir que la soupe était petite. En fin tres désagréable Merci de votre réponse, 4 mois après. Mais c'est n'es pas l'argent qui me dérrange mais l'attitude de la personne.
Après notre shopping, j ai pris une pause rapide saine et de qualité chez soupissime, un peu réticente ne sachant pas quoi prendre, la gérante m a fait goûter les soupes du bar à soupe , elle m a ensuite proposé d accompagné ma soupe avec une ciabattina, trop bonne!!!. . J ai mon adresse pour mes temps de midi sur Evere .
