The apartment is described as accessible with an elevator, but it is located in the middle of 2 floors, so you have to go through a bunch of stairs to get to it which isn't ideal when you have a baby pushchair. The towels and sheets had tears and stains. The walls were also pretty dirty and with stains all over. There was supposed to be internet, but it never worked- I was able to connect to the wifi but there was no internet available. I complained and they said they fixed it but it was never fixed. The water pressure is really low. If you want to watch the (small) tv in the living room, you'll have to improvise a stand for the receiver as it is just hanging from the wall and doesn't receive the signals from the remote. We were really disappointed with the apartment.

Internet service is not working. When reported landlord suggests to use neighbor’s connection as the pass is same. But it’s not working as well. They we stayed 4 nights but nobody came to check. Electricity is not working though! We called the landlord. They are saying that electricity is not their responsibility. There is electricity in all street but not in this stupid apartment. I have one more night to spend in this prepaid stupid jail like place. :(

Dirty and old apartment. Stay away from smart flats! All lights in the living room were broken. Bath room was not cleaned properly. Mold on the ceilings. Truly incompetent service.

Spacious, affordable, and in a great location. But not in great shape in the summer of 2018. Hopefully they'll have it patched up by 2019.
