Good quality meat products, staff very helpful (following an erroneous order)

Good as always. With the new layout with free service meals, the queue goes faster.

They used to be expensive, but good. Now they are just expensive... Business got too big over the years, and the quality has suffered. It‘s the 3rd time I got something which was not fresh, even not edible. This should not happen in this kind of deli shops. Definitely my last visit.

The best traiteur I know, they have an incredible selection of meat, cheeses, ready made meals and make awesome sandwiches for lunch. Not the cheapest but worth it every time

This place is really good. They have dry aged beef, and their own preparations (Peter's Fabrik) are especially noteworthy. Some things are a bit more industrial, but still very tasty like the chicken tikka masala (same as from the Keurslager/Boucherie d'Elite). Try their pastrami -- really tasty when you heat it up on a grill and pop it into a toasted bagel. Delicious. (Don't expect the BBQ to be out every day: the photos that I posted were from Peter's 50th birthday party -- held outside the butcher shop -- to which he invited his customers.)

The queue speaks for itself ! The best butcher in the neighborhood and probably of Brussels ! The place is clean, a great attention to clients and they’re efficient ! You’ll find there lots of preparations and event dry-aged meat ! If you take a sandwich for your lunch, try the « tartare à l’italienne » !
