I have been through various reviews about Impermo and was having mixed feelings before visiting the shop. But I must say that my client experience with Impermo was just flawless. We purchased tiles for an amount of over 2300 and are very much happy with the service as whole. I specially would like to thank Anouk for her valuable advice and time she had dedicated for us. The staff seem annoyed and bothered when clients ask information. They are arrogant, dismissive and don't know their products. However, the service is just as bad elsewhere.
