Worst shop ever. After ordering a very expensive PC and wait up to five days It was ME who had contacted them to ask about the order. They said they will get back to me. A couple of hours later I get an email saying my demand of financement has been rejected. This place is crazy, I can afford it and it was denied without any other explanation, I will spend my money somewhere else, you better close this disgrace

No customer service and I am afraid this is a scam. I ordered a fridge and paid the full amount, 2 weeks ago. We contacted them a couple of times to know when we may expect the order (it says on the website within 7 days max). After 2 weeks that noone ever took the time to answer, we decided yesterday to ask them to cancel our order. This is when they finally replied to tell us that indeed they did cancel our order because the fridge wasn't in stock. Weird since that at the time when I bought it, there was the option for next day delivery... So now I am waiting for the confirmation of my refund, but no answer again...
