I had a worst communication with a salesman of Electromania. He gave me a wrong price of a 2 door American Fridge of EUR 3150, instead of EUR 1829. The next two days, he gave me another wrong price AND a wrong fridge, a 1 door fridge. Another two days, he gave me a 2 door fridge with a wrong height which I repeatedly told him about it. It took me more than a week to send back and forth ten emails. Exhausted! Next time, I will never come back. I don't recommend this shop and its website. Poor salesman, poor communication. And he did not admit his mistakes and dared me to tell this issue to his boss. I think he may be the son of the boss, but act like the boss of the boss... Regarding to your below reactions, customers will find it how badly you have treated your customers. Let them judge! In any cases, saying bad words about customers is not the way business prospers. Instead, customers have a rights to speak out about services offered by businesses that years ago big businesses monopoly the market. You cannot force me to remove my comment. I ordered the fridge in Bol.com without noticing that it is your stuff. If you refused the order based on identities of customers and their attitudes, you have discriminated them. That shows who you are and people will stay away from your business.

Three delivery attempts for a fridge (first two, the delivery didn't show up despite scheduled) and third attempt turning up with the wrong fridge. Customer service were unhelpful in providing support. Have cancelled full order oven fridge.
Terrible service. Electromania broke the handle of my cold water outlet so they installed my washing machine to the hot water outlet (60C!). The hot water damaged my clothes. Despite many calls, Electromania refused to fix the problem. I have had to replace the clothes AND pay for a plumber to install the machine correctly and fix the handle. A very expensive purchase !!!
Bought a new cooker here, ordered online collected in 2 days. exceptional customer service for Belgium, on the phone and face to face, finally a company with staff that enjoy what they do. Prices beyond belief... 5 stars!! Will use again!!
