Horrible service and customer service. Received my package as in the photos after one week of calls...You have to wait on the line 10-20 minutes to talk to someone

Do not use UPS Without doubt the worst delivery company on earth, incedently they also have the worst website too. Unexplained duty charges before they will deliver, no explanation for anything, just pay or you won't get you r package, and don't bother trying to claim the money they have robbed from you back because their website will easily prevent you from doing that. If you are unfortunate enough to use this dreadful firm don't bother putting your delivery requirements in as their delivery drivers also leave the packages anywhere they want including in full view on your doorstep in the rain.

This is the second time when I have been home waiting for the package, and then receive an update that there was a delivery attempt and they are taking the package to an access point. The delivery person never came to my place and they just lie that there was an \attempt\ - they just directly take packages to pick up points instead of delivering them to your address. Very disappointing.

Waiting for my order from Germany, UPS sent me a confirmation email with correct address i gave to sender before. Day of delivery they sent me another email where they say that address was incorrect which is not possible plus they sent me it in email before. I my opinion there was another reason but they've decided to put \address reason\ what is ridiculous. So i had to contact sender to contact UPS what is 4 or more days of delivery and lost time.

The worst of the worst. Ordered an item from the UK on January 12th which UPS have had since then. Today is February 2nd and it has neither been delivered nor returned (as I requested on January 25th) Neither the UK or Spanish offices are answering my emails. It shows as being in Alicante since the 27th of January. So, if you want a super incompetent courier that couldn't care less about its clients then choose UPS.

Really bad service, I am home and waiting for the doorbell to ring and they keep saying they tried to deliver the package and nobody was there. Extremely frustrating !

Hello, it's the second this year , I have my delivery with UPS and still a problem . The guy doesn't even try to go to the address or just call me before . He left my purcell in a purcell point . That really don't arrange me , it's why I asked the delivery to this address and let my number . For information the delivery was planned today in the morning \ 29th October 2020\ in the city of Sarrebourg , France . I asked you to fix the problem because I'm not alone in that case . Each time I talk with colleague about a problem with UPS , the answer is the same \ me too \ . So find a solution , hired so serious guy , not lazy guy . Have a nice day
