Hoewel ik zeer tevreden ben van het apparaat zelf, is de service van Cefaly echt ondermaats. Ik bestelde elektroden via de website van Cefaly zelf maar zelfs na meermaals e-mailen heb ik deze nooit ontvangen, hoewel ik hier wel voor heb betaald. Na bijna twee maanden wachten zonder mijn bestelling te ontvangen heb ik uiteindelijk (op eigen verzoek) om een terugbetaling verzocht.

L'appareil m'a beaucoup aidée mais franchement déçue voir dégoutée du service!! j'ai économisé pour acheter le tout avec bandeau pour arnoldite, aucun service de dépannage ni réparation après la garantie! il faut tout racheter si on a un problème... Vraiment pas de suivi, matériel obsolète après la garantie...
