This is one of the most horrible services i have had when looking for a job. They treat people from Ghent university as trash, are very unprofessional ( like insinuating that if you do not get your masters degree within 4 years you are utter incompetent and a waste of space) and extremely rude. THEY ALSO LIE AND INTIMIDATE! One person that called me said that she had contacted the university and talked to professors about me and my curriculum. I have contacted the university and the rector as well as the entire upper echelon of Ghent university and they told me that \Ghent university will NEVER give third parties access to alumni's data or other private information about an alumni!!! \. SO they are lying and using intimidation/bully tactics toward candidates. On top of that they do not even bother to read a candidate's resume because someone who has 5 years of international experience in multiple sectors do not get questions about that, they focus in on his \getting his degrees in 4 years time\. Again a sign they didn't read my resume because if they did they saw that i finished one of my masters degrees in 3.5 years and noticed the huge amount of build up experience. After this worst experience I have ever had i will rate this \organisation/head hunting bureau\ as the following: *Reading CV/resume and research of candidates: 0/10. *Friendly toward the candidate: 0/10. *professional attitude toward the candidate:0/10. *Honesty and respectful demeanor: 0/10 ( hell even the people at Randstad show more composure, professionalism AND RESPECT towards candidates than this head hunting company) Final conclusion for people sending their CV/resume to this \company\ Don't do it. They are liars and cheats. Stay as far away as possible from them.
