How would you rate an agent/company that when you visit a flat of 500k euro give you 15 min for the visit and every question you ask the agent says he might check, but not now because he is in a rush?

Terrible communication, not professional.
I would advise NOT to use this agency. Appalling customer service, found the behaviour of the 2 'agents' who came to photograph quite immature. I had zero visits and had to chase them up to be sure they were reaching out to possible tenants. Eventually I found a tenant myself - but nevertheless EventImmo charged me a whopping EUR650 - for doing Absolutely Zero - as far as I could tell. Extremely Disappointing experience. Never Again.

Nous avons acheté un bien avec Mr Nizar Zairi de chez Eventimmo. Agent disponible, précis, soucieux, très honnête et méticuleux. Nous sommes extrêmement satisfaits de son travail et de son efficacité. Je recommande à tout mon entourage cette agence et en particulier Mr Zairi.
Très bon rapport avec l'agent. Peut-être un manque d'anticipation au niveau des documents demandés concernant l'appartement. Globalement satisfait.
Très bonne estimation du bien et vente après un seul jour de visite. Conseiller très sympa et disponible.
