Great contact with all personnel at Direct Immo. Responsive to inquiries and requests. Real estate Agent was very proactive and even with a language barrier was on the mark. To get 5 stars in my book, they would need to improve the experience of visiting property - no one likes to be rushed.

Artan, then Atilla worked together for the sale of our apartment in Schaerbeek, Upper side. It was a perfectly situated apartment but the building was becoming old with high quarterly charges. I tried to sell it on my own during four months, with no success. They did the job for three weeks without changing my selling price. This are successful real estate agents with great experience in Brussels. I didn’t want to work with a massive agent like Century21 or Era, where you are just an additional client in their automated selling list. I was not mistaking here. You have a real team, not a call center, that paid attention to all details and did a real and honest assessment taking into account all positive and negative aspect of our apartment. They had already a prospective buyers list with very specific requests that could match my offer. They personally returned my calls promptly and made every appointment on time. They organized themselves to make visits late in the evening or during the week-end. Well done and thank you guys!
