Amazing pizza pie. Not traditional verace but one of the best new wave pies that you can find. They are able to properly use Caputo flour and achieve an amazing dough development. I've tried marina and Margherita but the quality of the topping was exceptional. Regardless of other comments the waiters were very nice. Might be the best in Brussel

If you want a Napolitan pizza, soft dough, raised edge, the cornicione, first class ingredients, compositions off the beaten path at least outside Italy--try Ciaooo! I had the Maradona with smoked provola cheese, black pig sausage and friarelli (think broccoli but less compact, it adds a little juice, acidity and gorgeous aromatic overtones for the cheese and sausage). Already waiting for tonight, when we will try another one. Vive le confinement. For the delivery temperature: Heat the oven when the courier is on the way and stick it in for 2-3 minutes. Its not ideal but it does the trick.
