I couldn’t agree more with the last 3 comments. We have been renting an expensive apartment with them since over 2 years and besides sending you bills, above and beyond the normal, they just don’t care. This is our third winter with them and every over week the central heating breaks down. You wake up in the morning with 15C! Well, this could happen everywhere you’d think. The issue is that they know about it, the heater/furnace is ancient and defective. They just don’t fix it, year on year. Since 12 months they were supposed (confirmed by a letter) to do a facade cleaning/painting of the entire building, nothing! I could go on, including they lied to us that the apartment was new as we took it while we learnt later that they had been a previous tenant... they just don’t care!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company tries to cheat the people that rent any apartments through them. As soon as it is not in their interest anymore they try to slow things down, meaning it takes months before your rental guarantee is paid back, and they do not keep verbal promises once it needs to be formalized. I have lived all over the world, and this is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Further, the other review is given by their own staff member - I have tried to raise this to google, however have not received any feedback on this yet. If you are looking to rent in Belgium I would advice you use another company.
