The people are ok, but Samsonite refused to fix a luggage that wasn't a year old and already blocked wheels, broken handle and damaged shell. I don't expect that from an expensive brand, or at least fix it when under warranty! Samsonite is overrated, overpriced.
Excellent service! I have been a customer for quite a few years and always happy with the quality and professionalism. However last week the people in the store went a step further. I lost or left somewhere a foldable hanger from my twenty year old leather handluggage that I use regularly (and is still in perfect shape). I was pretty sure I wouldn't find a replacement. Instead a most helpful and cheerful salesperson gave me one for free!!! Way to go samsonite. I know where I will buy my next piece of luggage.
Never again! Really bad quality for this price.
