This institution is a really bad joke, there are queues every day and many people come 3-4 times in order to get to the info desk. I really don't understand how can the shops be open and this governmental institution be closed in times of massive unemployment. At least if they responded to emails or calls but they never do. In short, horrible experience.

This service is a joke and the people that run it are also a joke. They willingly put peoples lives in peril. If I could put zero stars out of 5 I would.
Phoned the office to ask if they received my folder (they didn’t apparently). They guy asked me to go on-site to book an urgent appointment because he couldn’t make it on the phone (lol). Searched for schedules before going to the office, and couldn’t find any. Went to « rue des plantes » today, the office was closed obviously, even if ppl were working inside... thanks to the phone guy for mentioning that the counter would be closed on Fridays, that was a useless ride
Horrible experience. Impossible to reach them on the phone, and when you finally manage to get an appointment in person, it takes forever (I'm talking months) to have things done. This if they don't lose your documents halfway and then pretend nothing's happened...
The staff are so rude and unhelpful. If I could give no stars, I would. They are highly incompetent at treating dossiers and do not follow procedures correctly. They refuse to answer your emails unless you launch a new request via a contact form. The information is lost, you have no consistency in response and the payments take months to arrive (if at all). They are extremely unprofessional and seem to take pride in it. I really didn’t want to post this in the public domain; as they refuse to communicate with me, I had no other choice. I will be launching an official complaint.
One of the worst service I have ever seen in Belgium. My file of \chômage économique\ send to CAPAC by my employer but still more than three month they didn't exicute my file. Personally I try to contact with CAPAC by telephone but 2 and half hour I was in waiting music. I have very bad impression about CAPAC.I don't understand the reason why CAPAC standing for. On my point of view it's a totally worthless, rubbish organisation.
