DO NOT BUY FROM THE WEBSITE I have placed and order on September 21st, and still have not received it. In the last email I received on October 16th, I have been informed that it would be a matter of days for the book to arrive. Since then I have sent a couple of emails, but have not received any news regarding my order. I would strongly advise not to make any purchase from the online store

Fantastic specialist bookshop with a large stock of interesting photo books and knowledgeable and sensitive staff. You can look at the books before you decide to buy. I came away with two small books by photographers whose work I already knew and one recommended by the manager.
Tipi Bookshop looks like it's a nice store, unfortunately their webservice is the worst I've ever come across. I ordered 2 books over a month ago. The money was (89EUR) readily accepted as I made the order and one automated confirmation e-mail was sent. Since then: NOTHING. I sent several e-mails, contacted Tipi Bookshoop via Facebook and Instagram with no reply whatsoever. I am not the first to complain about this but unfortunately Tipi Bookshop does not seem to learn from their mistakes. I really didn't want to post this comment on Google because of its public character, but since all other attempts to contact these people have failed I see no other way to get what I paid for. So Tipi-people get your act together and either handle this as a professional organisation or stop selling books online. OH... AND SEND MY BOOKS!
It is now more than a month ago when I placed an order at Tipi Bookshop. In times like this you think you would like to support the local specialized bookstore. Although I had taken into account a slight delay in the processing of my order. In the meantime it has become incomprehensible that I still see my order as 'processed', and my emails are simply ignored. You are also not available by phone, and meanwhile your website is almost updated daily, I see posts appearing on instagram and facebook, but simply informing a customer is too complicated? Gradually I very much doubt whether my book is still available. Reading the reviews, I'm apparently not the only person in this situation. Unfortunately I discovered that too late. This way I am forced to warn other future customers about an online order and your pitiful service. Hopefully this message will reach you clearly and I will get an immediate answer. If not, I claim my copy or a refund in your store.
Update 15/06/20 : got a response of the owner in the end, after placing a negative review. Parcel stuck at DHL. After intervention of the store owner I received the book after all. Changed rating from 1 star to 3 stars. Placed an order weeks ago. So far haven’t received it. No response whatsoever on any of my emails.
Best guy in town to find what you need considering anything photo-book related!
Great customer service, book got lost in the post and sent back to them from Germany.. they are sending back a 2nd time for free :)
After one month, My book has not shipped. After multiple emails, the last of which threatened to ask for a refund, I final received a response telling me the book would be shipped on 10/4/19. It is 10/9/19 and my book has not shipped according to their site. My emails go unanswered and the only reason I have yet to ask for a refund is the difficulty I have had in finding this book to begin with. They have until 10/11/19 to figure out how to package a book and get it into the hands of postal service before I file for a refund. Yes I am threatening them in a review. I am just angry enough to believe they might respond before my deadline. I do not recommend ordering online from them. As for their shop, I cannot say.
