Please never take this bus company, my experience sucks. They cancel the bus but they never advise or explain nothing about that. I called the company I and they tell me "your bus its cancelled, please take the next one in 3.40 hours" (I want to add that I call from Brussels to Paris, because they don't have a local number attention). Please use flixbus or other companies but not this one. They are very unrespect and also 1 hour before my bus they sensed to me the confirmation of my travel stat and my sit number. Sorry everyone for my bad English and good luck!

Just a little sign lets you know that is the Ouibus point. There is space for 4 buses only, and many different companies stop there. If it rains, you will get wet because there is no shelter or anything similar. there is a few staff of companies like BlablaBus or Flexibus to whom you can ask and they will gladly direct you. My bus stopped on the opposite side of the road as there was no place. Hopefully one of the staff let us know.
Ouibus pick up point for trip to Paris. Effective efficient and pleasant.
In the open place near bruxelles midi. Pick up and drop point for ouibus. Taxis available nearby and immediately. metro, bus, tram and railway connectivity is also there. Just close to it on the opposite site of road, is also the pick up and drop points for flixbus and flibco. The place is not really the best place to wait for your bus. Lack of comfort and cleanliness can be felt.
Train station is nearby with basic facilities. If it's your first time using this point the information is not useful..you wonder if your waiting at the correct place as no display board s and bus times where the old times displayed. Have to go online to check if bus is on time.

Have taken oui bus a few times , and haven't had problems. Although I find the flix bus better
This company is run by interns or what. You book it and then pray. Buses are not on time. Customer service is a joke. Asking for a refund for a month in emails. I want to sign a petition to stop this company.
