Tickets are open. Booking the ticket online does not mean that you will get the bus you had in mind. You have to rush and get into the bus. Once seats are taken you'll be left out and have to get on the next one. People buying the ticket from the kiosk at last minute can get in the bus and you can be left out even if you have booked the ticket days before. Bus luggage storage doors are open and you leave your luggage there unattended till the bus leaves. It's just one company so this is the magic of monopoly I guess.

Really expensive for a shuttle (at least in my experience). Came early to board the 7:30pm bus and once we boarded we were told it wouldn't depart until 8pm. They came up with some excuse that 7:30 was the boarding time, not the departure time (this was not said at any point prior). After some of the passengers urged the driver, explaining they would miss their flight, the bus driver said we would leave then (which makes me think the 7:30 boarding/8 departing excuse wasn't policy but just an excuse they made up). WiFi on the bus was good and the bus itself was fine, but the price, scheduling, and customer service we're major disappointments.

Compared to other low-cost airports in Europe, CRL is definitely the best among all. Tips are being here 1.5 hours before flights because the security check area is very small and the queue is long in the morning, and bringing foods with you because the foods in the terminal are terrible.

You can purchase tickets from the bus driver or online, if you miss a ride, that's fine because they will let you take the next ride with the same ticket. The bus is a direct way to Brussels.

Took it from the airport - comfortable and quick, less expensive than train options I found. In the morning during peak hours took awhile to enter Brussels (keep in mind, in some hours of the day journey may take quite longer).

Scam they fill up quick no refunds, baught a ticket a week early with no real reservation, if you have to go just buy a ticket on location or share a taxi with others who missed the bus too

A rip off experience. You may be charged more at the bus entrance even if you plan and book in advance. I booked the tickets via their online website. Surprisingly, the site only gave an option of Adults and Infant so I went ahead and booked the tickets. First surprise, as against advertised for 5 Euros/pp per trip, the total cost of round trip booking for two adults and kid turned out to be 58 Euros (against expected 30 Euros). Next surprise came when we boarded the bus and one of the online barcodes didn't scan. After looking at my kid, the driver promptly said \there is a charge for kid but I am waiving it off\. I was taken aback despite of paying a whopping 58 Euros for a public transportation like bus, I was told to pay more! Nevertheless, I accepted the gesture and continued my journey to Brussels. The next surprise (kind of expected one) at the return trip came. This time the driver promptly said 'you need to buy one more ticket or get down, book online and come in next bus'. Having no option but to go-to airport, I paid additional 17 Euros. Bringing the total payment to 73 Euros. I am now repenting that I could have taken a free shuttle and a train from Charleroi Zuid and the round trip would have costed me 50 Euros and 30 minutes more journey time. Upon alighting, I went to the booking window at airport and discussed with the booking agent. But to my dismay, he simply said \Sorry we can't do anything\. If you want to post a review go ahead! Bottom line, don't fall in the trap of these private operators and go with public transportation if you can afford a slightly more time. They are cheaper, punctual and definitely reliable.

After the fee increase up to 17 eur one-way this service became a rip off. Public transportation (local bus train) is way cheaper despite it requires a change at Charleroi train station. It deserves more incentives and improvements, but it seems clear that local public authorities pay a favour to such a small transport company that operates in a de-facto monopoly regime. Sharing a cab is usually cheaper, faster and more comfortable.
