Dance4Children is a Belgian non-profit association that aims at promoting and financing solidarity projects for children in Asia and Africa through dance. *************************************** We organize dance shows and dance workshops in Brussels. All the dancers are professional and passionate. 100% of the profits are fully benefiting the 5 organizations assisting the children that we support on a long term basis. Next to its core activity, Dance4Children also: - give dance classes to underprivileged children in Asia and Africa; - organize school supplies, clothes & toys collection; - supply administrative support to the organizations they collaborate with; - organize side events to collect funds. *************************************** Dance4Children supports the following organizations assisting the children: - The Refugee Next Door, a Belgian non governmental organization, based in Uganda, that strives to improve the lives of refugees and internally displaced people. - ABICOM ("Association pour le BIen-être COMmunautaire", translated "Organization for the well-being of the community"), an Ivorian organization located in Abidjan, which aims to combat aids in the country. - Hope 4 The Hopeless, an Ethiopian organization that aims to improve the living conditions of orphans and street children in Ethiopia. - Chameleon, a humanitarian association providing protection and rehabilitation to young Filipino girls who have suffered physical and sexual abuse. Chameleon also allows underprivileged children to continue studying thanks to a sponsorship program in the neighboring communities. - Sunshine Revelation, a non-profit organization with the aim of helping, through any means available to them, African Women of all ethnic and religious backgrounds. They aim to promote the health, the wellbeing, the knowledge and the respect of women, and to help them with capacity building in the different domains in which they have an interest.
