Bought a pair of gloves of Vermarc, cycled maybe 25km with them and they already look completely worn out. Very inferior quality. Bought the gloves online from a webshop, when contacting the webshop, they told me to contact Vermarc, which makes sense, since they manufactured the low quality goods and stuck their name on. But at Vermarc they don't care about their customers and no compensation or solution was given. Never buy of this brand, very low quality material sold for way too much money.

More than one week that I made my order online. Everyting paid, but no link to check my order (it does not work), none replies to emails. No news from Vermarc. However, to be honest and despite the problems and difficulties to find help from Vermarc, it is true that the clothes quality is great and there are good discounts.

Zwakke service. Geen retour protocol, hoge kosten verzending en nogmaals verzending betalen bij retour...
Maat kleding stemt niet overeen met maattabel. Hoge kosten voor verzenden en retour (voor klant). Klantenservice is slecht; vraag wordt simpelweg niet beantwoord maar afgedaan met standaardinstructie over ruilen/retouren.
