Lovely people, very nice chocolate, with lots of variety. Not a big place, but lots of stuff to buy.

I bought a box with different kinds of chocolate, none really none of them was good, I don't understand the good reviews, I ate better chocolate from Lidl. Save your money!

We visited here whilst on a cruise excursion to Bruges. You can watch the chocolates bring made by hand and there's an accompanying film which explains the origins of it. A cafe selling related products is also located in the shop along with toilets . There's plenty of choice to suit all tastes and budgets with a nice selection of samples to try before you buy. The chocolate peanuts were the best my husband ever ate. Worth a visit if in the area with plenty of free parking nearby if needed.

Overcrowded, poor video which you have to watch while people are pushing past to get at chocolates, poor demonstration with no explanation. It's just a shop not a factory. A big disappointment.
