Dear Sirs, It is time your attention was drawn to a serious and dangerous situation at your RONSE store. As a regular customer my wife and I are often in the store and twice when it has been raining my wife has slipped on the wet floor as she entered the premises. Today I had to help a lady who had fallen on the wet floor in the same way my wife had done. We have brought the matter to the attention of your staff on several occasions but nothing seems to have been done its matter of time before a customer is seriously injured. The problem is that although there is a floor mat as you enter the store customers have then to turn sharply to the right and this is where the danger lies. At no time when it has been raining do staff put out warning signs to alert custmoers to the dangerous wet floor. THIS MATTER NEEDS IMMEDIATE ATTENTION. Kind Regards Rob Blakemore
