I had a great experience in this store, all the contact , by mail/phone/in person ,was very kind & professional . (thanks Gregory). A waiting list is applicable for the watch that I wanted to purchase but these guys went the extra mile and I had to wait 2 weeks instead of 6 till 12 months .

Vandaag met héél veel plezier een aankoop gedaan. Op een drukke zaterdagmiddag en na onze last-minute call, werd er toch nog een gaatje voor ons voorzien! Ondanks het feit dat we dan zelf nog een kwartier te laat waren, werden we toch heel vriendelijk ontvangen en er werd zeer uitvoerig aandacht besteed, zoals het moet, om ons het perfecte exemplaar te laten uitkiezen. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, die oprecht moeite deed om ons te plezieren! Vakkennis en professionaliteit ten top! Een winkel die we van harte aanraden en waar we absoluut nog zullen terugkomen! Hier krijg je naar ons gevoel ook de beste belevenis die je van een erkende verdeler mag verlangen bij de aankoop van een toch niet alledaags product. Dikke merci!
