Never again for sure! I ve been there to send 1200 euro in my euro account in Romania and on the paper is write 15 euro commission and I received 1145 euro in my account instead of 1185 what is write on the paper. My account is euro not Ron(the local money from Romania), this means tax for conversion doesn't exist! I called at them w times, first time they gave an email to explain the situation and nobody answered at my email after more than 2 weeks! The second time that guy told me to go back where I sended money and explain the situation and in this moment I'm not in Belgium, the only one question of mine was for a proof of the rest of the money and they guy from the center start to be so rude with me in the way he spoke telling me they are not thieves and maybe my bank took money for the transaction which I know is not true, I called at my bank to be sure and of course they don't take commission for receiving money. Then how is called a company who can't prove where is the rest of money? A company of thieves! I'm thinking seriously to open a process again them, I don't care for 40 euro but the way they treat me, the ignorance of them make me to do that! I highly not recommend!
