Horrible service. Very rude staff. I had a problem with my seatbelt sensor. It was beeping all the time. When I took the car I found out that instead of solving the problem, the mechanics deactivated the sensor. I went back to them, and they told me that the problem can't be fixed: the sensor is either beeping all the time, or it deactivated. I've never seen such incompetence. Moreover they added oil to my car, without even asking me what type of oil in use. The next day I went to a service that was not Renault and they solved on the spot the problem with the seatbelt sensor.
