I was perfectly satisfied with my veggie burger here. It literally the same as the McChicken burger at McDonalds without the meat. Mayo, crisp soya meat, fresh lettuce.The cashier spoke great English, it was not crowded & it's really great u can charge your phone. :)

Absolutely terrible! Their selection is minimal at best. When I opened my cheeseburger it looked as if it was thrown together by a person who’s unable to aim. The fries were lukewarm and hard as a rock. I’ve been to many Quick burger places but this is by far the worst. If I was the CEO I would immediately revoke their franchise right. And this at the Airport? Strange way to introduce Belgium to a foreigner. Thank goodness for the many good restaurants in Brussels and Belgium. I will never ever set foot in this place again and for those who haven’t yet had the bad luck of coming here, my suggestion is: don’t.

Decent choice of burgers. Affordable. Friendly & quick service. Clean big restaurant with lots of seating. Love the variety of sauces/dips. Fish burger & big bacon were good. Fish fingers weren't that bad either. Good spot for a quick meal.

Walked the cashier greeted us and was helpful; ordered and our food was ready in a few minutes. There were many people eating in but some were just lounging had to ask someone to move their stuff to sit. The cashier provided excellent customer service ( I failed to get his name)

Excellent service.. fantastic fries.. and then you open the box .. a Big Bacon on a BROWN burger bread.. ? .. idiots.. Goodbye Quick.. our relation has to end here..

If there is NEGATIVE STAR, it will be NEGATIVE (-1) Food was ok, but burger which i was waiting for 10min with totaly empty screen with orders and than orders behind me start to come out before mine. I noticed same burgeras mine coming out with 5numbers behind. Staff very unprofessional, rude and not polite. Fries all over the tray when he was asked to place in bag as i was in rush because my train was leaving. Worst part as i was interested were is my food i was looking what is happening in kitchen. Guy which is handling burgers does not wear gloves, so hygeine is on low level. Guy handling fries is keeping his hand inside carton which will be filled with fries and which will go im my mouth. Yes, he is doing it without gloves. Two questions i have: These are some european standards i am now aware of or this is only done like this in Belgium? Do you have staff leaders who are following what is done in your restaurant. Food 3/5 Everything rest : NEGATIVE

Very bad food poison!! We ate there yesterday upon arrival to Brussels around 13pm. In the afternoon we started to fell very sick! I throw up until 00am... Very sick all the family after eating in here!! Never happened to us! For sure more people got sick on this day! This cannot happen in a place like this!! Where is the food control?? Making already a complaint to the Franchising!
