Pros: their customer service was great, book arrived on time with very quick shipping to Canada, they let you keep the rights to your own book and let you order personal copies. Cons: Shipping is very pricey, cover designing tool is hard to use, book arrived as described but the spine crackles like it's not glued down enough.

Huge waste of time for a US customer. They shoud make it clear in the website that this is a EU service. I needed a single copy and their delivery price to NYC for a single book is 35 - but you find out only at the very end. The cover creation interface is very cumbersome too.
