DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES! I repeat, do not use their services, their loans and contracts are full of hidden fees, they will send you reminders for payments you've already done and then invoice you for any late fees (that did not exist in the first place). The customer service is appalling, trying to get someone on the phone is beyond impossible (I had to go through all their options on the automated to finally find a human person who was then not able to help me), most of their employees are unfriendly, they cannot be bothered to write an email or respond to the phone, and treat everyone like they were trying to avoid doing their payments. And their interest rates are simply appalling, I will never use their services again.

Website says company closes midday at 12:30 and reopens at 2 pm.When you call at 12 you get a voicemail lady saying in barely polite terms that the offices are closed. Like all other Belux operations, this one is totally customers unfriendly. No way to treat al long time Citroën user! And any customer whatsoever. Citroën used to be a great companuy.Nothing of the past remains.

Je viens de faire l'acquisition d'une Peugeot 208 essence avec boîte automatique 8 vitesses. C'est tout simplement génial. Cette voiture est agréable à conduire, a du répondant et très souple à conduire en ville.
Le suivi de mon dossier était impeccable ! Un tout grand merci à Nahid du service client. Il était compréhensif, poli, courtois et a immédiatement réagi à mon problème. En 4 jours mon dossier était en ordre. Je ne peux que noter sur le contact que j’ai eu par e-mail et via mon espace client.
Très bon service, rien à redire. Tout s'est déroulé de manière fluide et sans accroc. Je recommande .
Client chez PSA depuis 4 ans, la gestion de mes dossiers au début était loin d'être impeccable. Jamais la même personne au téléphone, transféré à dix services différents, attente interminable ... . Cependant avec le temps, j'ai vu une nette progression dans les efforts qui ont été fait pour satisfaire le client, le téléphone est beaucoup mieux géré, les gens sont plus compétents (formations internes, sans doute ?), Les discussion se font par e-mail et plus par un courrier papier qui se perd une fois sur deux ... Il y a à mon sens encore des choses faciles qui pourraient améliorer mon quotidien, comme la mise en place d'un espace client pour que j'aille moi-même chercher mes factures, mais vu l'élan d'amélioration que PSA s'est donné, et les difficultés liées à ce foutu COVID, je ne serais pas étonné que cela soit en discussion dans leurs tiroirs. Quatre étoiles d'encouragement, je garde la cinquième en réserve pour les prochaines améliorations :)
Begin juli heb ik, voor de aankoop van mijn eerste huisje, mijn autolening helemaal afbetaald. Dit ging volgens hun documenten uiterlijk 23/7 afgehandeld zijn. De lening zou dan niet meer zichtbaar zijn op mijn NBB. Nu, meer dan een maand later, is dit nog steeds niet in orde. Ik heb al meerdere malen telefonisch contact opgenomen en gemaild en dan werd mij steeds beloofd dat dit in orde zou komen binnen de 48u. Nu, 2 weken later, staat deze lening nog steeds op mijn NBB. Het personeel was wel steeds erg vriendelijk, maar met vriendelijkheid alleen kunnen niet alle problemen opgelost worden. Hierdoor komt mijn lening in gevaar, terwijl ik dit ruimschoots op tijd afbetaald heb! Zeer spijtig.
