I never put bad reviews but this time I should have known better but I thought it would be ok. But no it wasn't ! For 3.70 getting a latte burning my tongue not even full is really not acceptable. And the taste is really not nice unfortunately. I hope to get a reply. Thank you

Standard pret, but rubbish breakfast items. There was no hot food on offer at all. Where is the bacon bap? Also the server didn't ask if I wanted sugar. Lastly I was not given a napkin. I had ordered a very sticky savoury item, so my fingers we sticky.

So excited that Pret A Manger has come to Brussels! It's clean and shiny, if a little cosy inside. The selection of food is what you would expect to see in the UK, with a few different ingredients. Staff are happy to speak French and English, but perhaps less so Dutch. Unfortunately, the prices seem to have risen on their way over through the Eurotunnel.

Good coffee and croissants! However, one of the tenders big tall unfortunately a rasta guy tried to steal 5 euros from my bill. The manager saw it and fired him on the spot. Well done! I accepted the apologies from the manager but not from the "thief".

This is controversial but why French speaking people are so stuck up? I asked my changes to be coins after I bought two drinks and the server refused, claiming that she didn’t have any. What a white lie! I could see there were full of coins in the till. I needed the coins for the luggage locker and I pleaded with her but she was unmoved. A heartless stuck-up woman who I hope in the future would find herself be at the mercy of the kindness of strangers. There were of course nice people in France and Belgium but there just seems to have disproportionately more arrogant, cold, indifferent people as well. I don’t know what do they feel arrogant about? Italy and Spain are so much better any way!
