I never had a personal trainer before and Rita definitely exceeded my expectations. From the first conversation, you’ll notice she is very professional. She has a very positive energy, always with a smile on her face and makes workout fun while at the same time making it hard enough to push you to your limits to achieve your goals. She took a lot into consideration adapting my exercises to my back and knee injuries and gave me plenty of advice on healthy food habits. She also explains very well the purpose of each exercise and watches your posture to avoid injuries and has plenty of alternatives to never feel bored of always doing the same exercises. And last but not least, she is above all a very good person! I highly recommend getting in touch with her, whatever your goals are, she will be able to help you.
