First we had some problems with a new purchased jacket that had a flaw. They fixed it and 7 needed to be paid... After speaking with multiple people they finally waved the cost. The jacket was new. Tickets were still attached. So don't understand they just apply warranty here. At the end all was ok, thanks to 1 staff member saying the cost could be waved.
