Millennium is one of the most scenic and challenging golf courses in Belgium surrounding the Paalse Plas, the largest enclosed artificial lake in Belgium, less than one hour’s drive away from Brussels (airport), Antwerp and Charleroi airport, making it easily accessible to most of Europe. The club opened in 2000 and marked a new benchmark in sustainable golf management converting brownfield former industrial land into a golf club with: 18-hole golf championship course & 9 holes compact course with green fee and membership options for both based on age and playing frequency and habit. The course itself is in excellent condition and has matured nicely to make it challenging but enjoyable and memorable for both members and visitors. Hugging the shores of the beautiful lake, Paalse Plas, and dotted with oak, beech and rhododendrons, the Millennium Championship Course has a beautiful layout with some stunning holes traversing the water. Designed by Belgian architect Bruno Steensels, the 6300m course offers an enjoyable experience for golfers of all levels while testing lower handicappers. Golf academy & Pro Shop with state-of the art practice facilities and 9-holes compact course mean caters tofor families, junior golfers and starters. A great deal of emphasis is placed on encouraging people to come to Millennium to take up the game and hone their skills or the 1000+ people visiting for initiations or clinics. Club house: a striking modern structure designed in the shape of a flower. The elegant interior, features top class changing and shower facilities and houses the Brasserie/restaurant offering excellent dining and local cuisine. There are beautifully laid out and furnished conference areas for meetings- & events with different pricing models for corporate members and non-members.
