Came here to get a standard SIM card exchange. This should be free but they charge 5. When I arrived home and plugged the new sim into my phone, it did not work. I called Proximus and they told me the store did not activate the sim correctly. Proximus people are not allowed to do that by phone, so I need to go back to a store. I definitely won't go to this store anymore. They are very kind when I bought a phone but they hate giving an adequate service afterwards.

I went to the shop recently. They give a terrific service, saved all my contacts from my old phone and transferred it to my brand new Iphone. I needed to pay for the service, which is logical, they saved my life and were very kind.
SCAMMERS / OPLICHTERS / ARNACEURS Needed a new Proximus Nano simkaart for my new phone. They just went upstairs, cut my old simcard, and charged 5eur cash. They also didn't do it properly, the card is damaged and changing simcard should be free. They gave no receipt, so always beware when at ARS Overijse, and never pay cash.
Très satisfaite des solutions proposées (vidéophonie avec relais GSM, caméras de surveillance, technique d'ouverture des portes à distance, alarme,...). Le gérant connaît bien ses produits et propose des solutions adaptées aux besoins. Je recommande fortement.
Accueil impeccable service très professionnel. Dommage... Que la boutique ferme fin d'année. Bonne continuation au gérant.
Ik ging 16-12-18 naar de winkel, werd onmiddellijk geholpen, niet moeteh wachten. Ze geven een geweldige service, al mijn contacten van mijn oude telefoon en overgebracht naar mijn nieuwe Smart. Ik moest betalen voor de dienst, wat logisch is maazr toch goed uit de brand gered.
SUPER service, problemen met mobile data van Proximus. Na 45min gebeld te hebben bleek uiteindelijk het probleem toch bij proximus te liggen en niet bij mij \u003e Bij ARS weten ze over wat ze spreken. Bedankt!
