Spectacular place for your electronics with good customer service
It's a pretty small store, compared to the old one. So the won't have that much to offer

Convenient and medium large electronics, multimedia and household appliances stores. Although MediaMarkt wants to create the impression they are the best deal, it really all depends on the product and the time of year you make a purchase. So certainly compare prices with other (online) stores before assuming you'll get the best deal here. 'In store' repairs are limited, so if your fridge, Blu-Ray player or TV happens to be faulty, most often they will be shipped back to the manufacturer and it might take weeks before you'll get them back, even under guarantee. Another caveat is ordering products not in stock: although vendors told me a product I ordered would be in by next week, it can in fact take weeks, so think twice before ordering products which are not in stock. Overall, it's a nice spacious shop to visit, but depending on the product and in in terms of price you might find better prices at (online) vendors. The positive however of buying in this brick-and-mortar shop, if the product is faulty they'll ship it back for you.
friendly service fantastic selection of goods from fridges to phones
Sales Assistant's here have no regards to customer service, always stay together in a group talking among them selfs and you as a customer is wondering around countless times in store expecting someone will approach you and help you but NO it does'nt happen. Only when i ask for help than yes they see me otherwise i was invisible to them. I approached one of there representative he was busy on his mobile phone any questions i ask him he would look only once and turn is attention back on his phone the advisor had no respect for his customer to put down his mobile phone and answer the question respectfully. I wanted a midnight green iphone 11 pro max 1500 euro device a potential customer that you lost just because your sales assistant did'nt do his job properly. I became frustrated and take my money to another retailer. No star for workers there but the place it self gets 3 stars layout and maintenance is great.
Microwave went dead within warranty so brought it to the repair center who will send this to the supplier for repairs or refund. Could not wait until return so bought a new microwave (different supplier) and got a 10 euro discount. Thankfully the mediamarkt (Ostend) is open on sundays till 18h! With 2 kids at home, i was happy that this was quickly fixed..
