First time eating at Filipino restaurant and I was pleasantly surprised! The atmosphere and inside decor isn't something Iusually see in Oostende, it has a nice touch. As of the people working there, they were very friendly and also eager to interact with the customers (like knowing our names for example). The food was delicious, we had a bit of everything and had no complaines whatsoever. This place puts a high standard for any future Philippine restaurants I will visit.

Food was delicious! Staff was very friendly, its a family runned business. The Salo salo menu was amazing. The banana turon and mango shake were awesome! We would definetly go back! You have to call first to reserve or to know if they are open. You can pay cash or payconiq. I would recommend this to everybody. Experience was superb!
I've traveled to South-East Asia and I'm always on the lookout for Asian restaurants that honor their food culture. Pot Mami is certainly one of them: very friendly service, refined Asian street food, tastefully presented and the ambiance of this place is cozy and informal. The only downside is: in high season it can be challenging to get in, so make a reservation. Try the Fish Escabeche and do not skip on the dessert: the home-made banana cake is a real treat.
Friendly welcome (too informal really).. Warm ambience inside the restaurant, chintzy background music. Food tasty but a limited menu and small portions - both times I came out still hungry.. Choice of beer also very limited - this is Belgium so there is no excuse for this.. We had to pay cash as they said the card reader wasn't working.. No one had informed us before eating.. Not great..

A lovely, homey restaurant near downtown Oostende. The food, atmosphere, and people there are great. Its family-owned, operated, and the family even runs a band. The family band is very talented, and did a wonderful job making everyone in the restaurant feel welcome, and even like family members. I highly recommend this restaurant! Again the food is great, atmosphere is great, and the people are great!
