Very nice restaurant! Have been there a couple of times and always satisfied. Very delicious stew and perfect fish dishes. Good collection of beer, including Guinness. Friendly personnel.

I visited this place twice during my trip to Oostende. It's very nice, located on a quiet street with a seating area outiside. On the first visit the bar staff was really helpful and recommended a few great beers to try, as they have a great selection of bottled beers. On the second visit the experience wasn't so great, a different waiter didn't allow me to have a look at what's available in the fridge to try something new, he didn't even inquire about what I was looking for which I believe is his duty when working in a place that offers such a broad range of different beers from little breweries around Belgium. (I then saw him bring a few bottles to show his collegue sitting at a different table to us..). But I will still rate this place 5 stars because the initial experience was great and the staff on my first visit were super polite and helpful :-)

If you like hair in your salad and being charged for it this is the place to be. One girl running around to Try and cope with the bar, the terras and inside guests while the owner and cheff were chat chatting around the bar. The previous year we had a great experience and that's why I went back.

A beer lovers heaven. Huge beer selection including local craft beer. Excellent traditional food with a twist- all of the meat dishes are cooked with beer! Excellent food and service.

Great selection of beers, nice and cozy interior, friendly service and the waiters are really trying their best but it seemed a bit understaffed because we and several other tables had to wait quite some time to be served.

A special place for special people who like to drink beer out of all kind of glasses. People who haven't found their one drink yet, adventurous people with a taste for danger. The food is really nice as well, and you should eat, there has to be a base for all the beer you will drink. I pity the person that has to clean all the glasses.
