A very nice place to train as there are Capoeiristas of all levels training (absolute beginners to very advanced). I have been training with this group for about a year. They are very welcoming to newcomers and always patiently explain the moves and sequences. Questions are encouraged and answered. I find it to be a very friendly environment where I can fall and learn without any worries.
