I purchased a promotion item using Click&Collect. Despite regular updates confirming availability of the product @ the store, only upon arrival @ the store I was informed an error was made & the product was not available nor would it become available again. No alternative was proposed. Reimbursement was made in cash (Covid safe??) No excuses were received... despite informing them I traveled 50min in snow. Summarizing: very poor performance, very poor service & absolutely no customer focus...Hubo has lost a customer forever.

Bestelling gedaan in nijlen want enkel daar hadden ze er nog een ruime vooraad bevestiging gekregen bij aankomst krijg ik het verkeerde product gelukkig nog optijd gezien blijkt het product dat ik heb besteld er nietmeer te zijn wel 40 min moeten rijden voor niets best jammer van de tijd en van de diesel dat voor niets weg is
