Negative points: - Very thin walls, can hear EVERYTHING my neighbours are doing. -House management seems very confused. The lady does not know what is going on most of the time. -They schedule loud music events on thursday nights while keeping the saturdaynight queit only to schedule another loud rock event on sunday night. Don't they know people have to wake up early? Extremely slippery dangerous floors in the outside area. Fell twice during my stay. -The washing machines are expensive and only take 1 euro coins. Its a hassle to get 1 euro coins. The management claims you can change money for coins in the office, but the office is closed in the evening. And when you do get inside they often do not even have change to give. -also the dryers are expensive. In total washing towels, and drying them completely would cost you 8-9 euros. Because the dryer takes 50 cents per 15 minutes but this does not dry the towels at all. You have to do at least 4-5 cycles. Positives Nice bathroom good heating. Parking garage The garden is nice.
