I purchased a guitar recently from Omega. I live in the US and unfortunately there were some delays getting it through customs. David and Jonathan were very helpful to ensure customs received all the paperwork they needed. When I finally received the guitar, though there was nothing wrong with it, I realized it was not quite what I was expecting and was not the guitar for me. David and Jonathan were very understanding and helpful in getting the guitar shipped back and a refund issued right away. I was very pleased with their customer service and would gladly purchase from them again.
