In order to be fair I am coming back with a second review after my 1 star review from before. We tried going to another VW garage to fix our issue and they were not even able to diagnose the issue. We eventually went back to AB and they took take care of it quite promptly. I still think their communication channel(s) need to improve (they probably need to hire extra help for the front desk) but overall I was satisfied with the experience and rendered services. Very well organised and efficient once you manage to actually get in touch with them :-)

There is no way to contact them. They have no public email address. No one answers the phone. I made a RDV with the online tool but nobody called me back. I tried my luck and called them for about 10 times during these 4 months. Nobody answered. I had to go there in person to make an appointment for a problem we have with a new car (\u003c1000 km). They personally confirmed my suspicion that nobody ever answers the phone because they are too busy. Unfortunately our initial appointment was canceled because of the quarantine and now I have to go there personally again because NOBODY answers the phone so there's no way to contact them. First car dealer I have heard of that conducts business without a usable phone number.
Very bad attitude, slow and prepotent. The person attending in English is an example of inmature arrogance, not a seller. Apparently doesn't want to sell cars. I will buy a Tigouan, but definitely not there.

Première et dernière fois que je vais à ce garage ! Suite à un accident, je fais déposer ma voiture chez AB Mons. Le garage n'a pas voulu me donner de véhicule de remplacement alors que j'en avais droit à une dès le début des réparations. Le garage ne prévient pas quand les réparations commencent et quand je leur demande la voiture (une semaine après le début des réparations), celui-ci refuse de m'en fournir une. C'est l'assurance qui a dû intervenir pour OBLIGER le garage à m'en fournir une. Et ne parlons pas du contact... il a fallu essayer 10 fois d'appeler pour enfin avoir quelques en ligne (alors que je veille à téléphoner durant les heures d'ouverture). Sans oublier la politesse qui ne fait surement pas partie de leur vocabulaire. Je ne mettrai donc plus jamais les pieds dans ce garage.
